ITINERARY

1. Day:
Arrival at Florence airport. Transfer from the airport to the hotel located in Montecatini area. Montecatini is a pleasant and famous thermal resort on foot of an hill, connected with the city through a funicolar. The views here are splendid, and the delightful Piazza Giusti is home to some good bars and restaurants. Dinner and overnight in hotel.2. Day:
The entire day is dedicated to the visit of Florence, rich with artistic monuments from the Medieval and Renaissance periods. Guided visit of the city in the morning. Afternoon:time at leisure for visits of the Museums or shopping. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.3. Day:

After breakfast full day excursion to Lucca and Pisa. Lucca: it is a delightful place simply to wander at random, with much of the centre free from traffic. It set inside a ring of Renaissance walls fronted by gardens and huge bastions.
The major tourist attraction in Pisa is of course the leaning Tower along with the Baptistery and the Camposanto, all of them built between the XI and the XII century. Return in hotel for the dinner and overnight.5. Day:
After breakfast departure to Siena and San Gimignano, typical medieval towns. In Siena, the Piazza del Campo is a beautiful square in the heart of the city, where each year rival neighborhoods compete in the "Palio", the horserace around its perimeter. The province of Siena is famous for its great wines, such as Chianti and Brunello that yoy can taste also in the villages of Montepulciano and San Gimignano. San Gimignano,is perched high on a hill, with a forest of fantastic towers in the medieval streets. The greatest delight is just to wander through these medieval streets, in the shadow of the towers, admiring this "outdoor museum". Accommodation in hotel in Siena surroundings. Dinner and overnight in Hotel. 6. Day:
After breakfast departure for the full day excursion to Elba island: the sea, the beaches, the green of the countryside, the small fortress towns, archaeological treasures, chestnut woods and more, continue to exist for what seems like an eternity. Elba gives the sensation of so much in so little as in the small spaces of the island we travel over tourist attractions and natural landscapes of such contrast; areas dried out by sun and wind, others green with life, sandy or pebble stone beaches, rocky coastlines and cliffs. Napoleone would have had to consider him fortunate to have been exiled in such an attractive place!
Return in the hotel for dinner and overnight.7. Day:
Full day dedicated to the visit of small nice villages as Montalcino, Montepulciano, Pienza or Cortona. Wine tasting. Return in the hotel for dinner and overnight.8. Day:
After breakfast departure to Florence airport.

Tuscany is a wine lover’s paradise, as is evident in the presence of no fewer than 14 wine trails. Any brief summary is bound to mention one of the most famous wines in the world, the ruby-coloured, dry Chianti, with its intense aroma. Chianti is produced is much of the region, and the highest quality Chianti Classico bears the Gallo Neero (black rooster) trademark. Nor should we forget dry red Montepulciano, or Brunello di Montalcino, the strong velvety, full-bodied red produced in the hills around Siena.
